Alchemy Fundamentals
Build total-body strength and master movement fundamentals in one energising class.
This class introduces and refines the classic big lifts—squats, trap bar deadlifts, overhead presses, and more. Also as well as rack work in this 60-minute session, you’ll learn how to make full use of rowers, curved treadmills, sleds, assault bikes, and more.

HIIT Fusion
Dynamic, calorie-burning, energy-boosting & fun
HIIT Fusion is your express ticket to a fitter, leaner, stronger you. Short bursts, big impact, maximum results — all delivered in a high-energy group setting that keeps you motivated.

Core Strength
Build total-body strength and master movement fundamentals in one energising class.
This class introduces and refines the classic big lifts—squats, barbell and trap bar deadlifts, chest press, overhead presses, and rows. By breaking down each movement into manageable steps, you’ll gain confidence with barbells and free weights. Our small-group format and paired-up coaching ensure everyone gets real-time feedback and motivation.

Power Pulse
Unleash explosive speed and dynamic power for a full-body adrenaline surge.
Power Pulse blends short-burst cardio with heavier contrast lifts and plyometrics. Whether accelerating sleds up a ramp, performing box jumps, or super setting compound lifts with explosive bodyweight moves, you’ll tap into fast-twitch fibres to build a potent blend of strength and agility.

Summit Surge
Boost stamina and endurance in a class where cardio meets agility and weighted circuits.
Summit Surge takes your aerobic engine to new heights. Rotating through machines, agility drills, and weighted exercises keeps your heart rate up and your body moving in every plane. The result is a broad-based endurance session that challenges your cardiovascular capacity without overdoing it, thanks to real-time heart rate data.

Total Evolve Circuit
A full-body session blending mindful start-ups, methodical circuit work, and a calming finish.
Total Evolve Circuit ensures you address mind and body from the outset. You’ll begin with a grounding and mobility warm-up, cycle through 8–10 stations for balanced strength and cardio, then wind down with guided relaxation. Ideal for those wanting a measured, yet comprehensive workout that touches on all major muscle groups while refining posture and alignment.

Strikes and Flow
A creative fusion of striking combos, cardio bursts, and mindful movement.
Inspired by kickboxing—but with an Alchemy twist—this class layers footwork, basic punch-knee combos, and short functional blocks. Whether you’re throwing a jab-cross or finishing with a quick overhead press, the emphasis is on rhythm, technique, and conditioning. Perfect for those eager to explore dynamic, martial-arts-inspired movement in a supportive, approachable setting.

Full Throttle Circuit
A fast-paced, high-energy circuit that pushes you to the limit. This 60-minute session combines strength, cardio, and endurance drills in back-to-back stations designed to challenge every muscle group. With minimal rest and maximum intensity, you’ll build power, stamina, and full-body conditioning. Expect sweat, speed, and serious results.

Hyper-Build
High-volume, muscle-focused training for a shapely, powerful physique.
Hyper-Build emphasises hypertrophy through moderate-to-higher rep ranges. Across three zones—weight racks, DB/KB stations, and floor-based accessory work—your muscles will be placed under steady tension, supporting growth and improved body composition. Small group coaching ensures technique remains top priority, minimising strain on joints

Resilient Reps
Merge moderate lifts with cardio blocks for unwavering strength endurance.
Resilient Reps sits between pure strength work and high-intensity conditioning—blending moderate barbell lifts, short machine sprints, and functional floor exercises. You’ll maintain form despite rising fatigue, forging mental resilience and robust muscular stamina.

Hill Sprint
Short bursts of intense cardio intervals on ramps, sleds, and rowers.
Hill & Sprint is designed to sharpen your anaerobic edge. Divided into three zones—ramp track, assault bike/rower sprints, and agility floor drills—it’s short, intense, and team-focused. You’ll pair up to tackle sled pushes uphill or rapid footwork patterns, ensuring maximum effort in a short window. Master your rest intervals with real-time heart rate data and watch your sprint capacity skyrocket.

Core Fusion
A focused one-hour workout dedicated to building strong, defined abs and a powerful core. Using a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and functional movements, this class targets the entire midsection—upper and lower abs, obliques, and deep stabilisers. Expect high-energy sets, controlled core drills, and finishers that leave your abs fired up and your posture stronger.
